I'm a Software Engineering Team Lead at VesselsValue (acq. by Veson Nautical ) . I'm currently based in the West Midlands, United Kingdom.

I started my journey as a self-taught software engineer in the early 2010s earning a Level 2, Level 3, and Higher National Diploma in Applied Computing. I went on to do an Applied Computing degree but dropped out. Previously I've worked for: GivEnergy, Beyonk, Optima Health, Langley Foxall, and ClickDealer.

I spent the early years of my career focusing hard on self-improvement in both soft skills and technical ability. While I continue to pick up and learn rising technologies, and staying sharp with software used in our legacy systems, I'm primarily focusing on improving my soft skills.
